Shipping, Returns & Refunds
All of our tags are made to order by your personal customizations so we do not offer returns/refunds at this time. Make sure to check out our pop up on the shop page for placing your order. We are not responsible for any information that is incorrect after you've placed you order- however, if you need to change an error you've made make sure to reach out to us on Instagram (@thearlomethod) ASAP so I can tackle it before your order is made. Our current processing time is set to 1-4 weeks and will vary depending on your order. I do not work in order and mainly group tags together to cut back and forth time down. Once your order is shipped, it could take anywhere between 3-4 days (US) and up to 1-2 weeks (CA) for it to get to you! We always provide a tracking number in the event you like to make sure it arrives to you. If there is an error and your package gets lost, I will need proof from the tracking to make sure I can get you your order promptly.

Here at The Arlo Method, your information is secured through our high security website when you create an account. We do not use/sell your information. We do use photos/videos with your consent that you send for promotional purposes only on the website and/or our Instagram account.
Payment Methods
We accept electronic payments through Wix Payments, Afterpay and our third party payor Stripe. All of these methods are backed by a secure network to keep your information safe and secure within our system.
